[CPAP] Struggling with settings
#1
Struggling with settings
I'm struggling with my CPAP settings; I have a Resmed Airsense 10 and after experimenting with full face mask i switched back to an airfit nose mask with mouth taping. I have been recommended settings in a previous post (see link)

After that I went back to my sleeping doctor, he advised against the Autoset setting and turned me back on fixed pressure at 8.
In the meanwhile I turned my pressure up myself to 8,6 because i had the feeling i didn't have enough air.

My AHI in the period with these settings was in a range between 0,19 and 2,18. I attach my OSCAR result from one night with these settings.
The problem is i wake up early, can't sleep further with the mask on and i don't wake up refreshed.

The questions I have:

  1. Is this a good sleep quality?
  2. Is the leak ratio ok?
  3. Can my settings be optimized to obtain a better sleep quality?
  4. Is there a trace of positional apnea in this graph?
Thanks in advance for your insights!
