[CPAP] Therapy help
#11
RE: Therapy help
    Update on my therapy:

After trying various settings in AutoSet, I finally moved to Aircurve 10 VAuto. I also got pulse oximeter as well.

I was able to breath easily by setting trigger and cycle to high on the vAuto.
It seems 2.8 PS is the right amount of PS for me to comfortably breath. Also using fixed pressure EPAP: 10.4 IPAP: 13.2. Pressure variations wake me up.
I use 4" neck SCC

I can now see about 50% improvement in my sleep and how i feel the next day.
The flow limitation is less, but I do see clusters of OA's throughout the night.
I am not sure if these clusters are because of chin-tucking or lack of enough EPAP during certain stages of sleep.

What should be my next step?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
