RE: New Data
Have you ever run the max pressure to 20? Not much mystery there, you have obstructive apnea, and if you are happy with the current results, continue to use the same settings and avoid a soft cervical collar. If you want to get better numbers, something has to give.

I think Im tucking my chin in when I go to sleep.I do have a cervical collar because of a previous recommendation. Do you suggest I raise the max to 20?

Your choice. High pressure or the collar.

RE: New Data
I was aware of the previous recommendation for a cervical collar, and your results clearly show you're not doing that. As Walla says, it's one or the other.

RE: New Data
Just set the maximum to 20 and see where it needs to go. The ideal of the cervical collar is to prevent the OA clusters. With positional apnea, you may use the entire range of the CPAP to break the obstruction. The rest of the night, when you don't need it, you might as well be comfortable, so no need to change the minimum.
