I'm not passed that time and to be honest, I don't know how to fiddle with it. I'm sick and weak. I'm just going to carry on for now. I've left a voice mail asking for a med. Will see what happens. Perhaps the little tugs from the hose when I move are awakening me.
I may take you up on this suggestion in time. Thx.

If the hose is getting in the way, try suspending the hose over your headboard. There are cpap hose holders that you can purchase or look at to get an idea of how they work. Just google cpap hose holder. I use a simple set up with a binder clip and a string. Getting the hose off the bed helps me and many people sleep better because the hose doesn't get in the way as we move when we sleep.

Will look into this. Thx, iSnooze.

Call them back and tell them you don't know what to do because you can't get any sleep. Make them listen.

RE: Adjustment period for increased pressure?
Hi, thanks to the person who suggested I get a CPAP hose holder. I did that and it is helpful. (I'm sorry, just now I did not see the post regarding this so I don't know whom to thank.)
I am getting somewhat longer blocks of sleep but it is not good. I still wake up too much and feel crappy the next day. I now have some zolpidem which helps but after about 3 or 4 a.m. it's not restful sleep. I see the doc again on 7/9. I'm on the fence about asking for more zolpidem (to be taken at bed and in middle of night) since I have health issues and more chemicals complicate the picture. Just wanted to report. Still burned out although sleep is somewhat better and night sweats are all but gone.
