oscar/settings help
I got my mask to fit way better (thanks opalrose!) but now im not sure what setting i should have. I tried turning on EPR the night before last and left it on APAP mode and then last night I did CPAP mode with set pressure to 7. My husband had to wake me up after almost 9 hours of sleep and I feel so tired. I thought my numbers were ok but maybe not?

RE: oscar/settings help
If it were me I'd use Apap mode, and set your pressure from 7-12  Your machine won't go higher than you need, and I think you would be more comfortable.
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution

Set your Min to 7, that will allow the full utilization of EPR which should help with your flow limitations and even out your pressure excursions.
