Titration

The CPAP titration is essentially a method for determining proper CPAP pressure after a diagnosis of Sleep Apnea has been determined by a Sleep Study. During the study, the air pressure delivered through the mask or nasal inserts will be increased gradually until breathing and sleep become normal.
