Multiple Sleep Latency Test
=== Multiple Sleep Latency Test ===
The [[multiple sleep latency test(MSLT)]] (MSLT) measures a person’s physiological tendency to fall asleep during a quiet period in terms of sleep latency, the amount of time it takes for someone. An MSLT is normally performed after a nocturnal polysomnography to ensure both an adequate duration of sleep and to exclude other sleep disorders.
