→How to Disconnect a CPAP Hose

This illustration shows doing this on a mask where it's easy to get to the connection. If you're trying to disconnect from somewhere like the back of your CPAP machine, there may be less room, but hopefully if you get the "feel" of how to do this, it will help in that situation as well.
