[Treatment] Looking for Advice

I am currently attempting to improve my functionality of sleep therapy. I have setup cameras to real time record my sleep. I have been having some serious delinquencies caused from leaks and other issues and am trying to root out the problems. My dilemma now is finding a means of directing me to the time slot to review I have rescan software, but cannot find logs that tell what and when it happened. I am looking for some advice to aid in nailing down my data collection efforts .
