Help with Optimizing Settings

Thanks for the advice! I lowered my maximum to 12 last night, but forgot to put my SD card in 1.6 AHI was on the higher end of normal but still within normal range. I'll give it a few more nights with the SD card in and report back with my findings. Still started this morning off with the aerophagia, but we'll see how things go over the new few days.

And last night! I tend to have more days under one than over one now, which is great! I still get some pesky onset centrals every now and again, but they're inconsistent. As far as the aerophagia goes, it's hard to say whether it's improved or not. It feels like I'm experiencing the consequences less in the afternoon, which would be okay with me. I don't mind having a few embarrassing hours in the morning if the rest of my day is clearer. I'll keep my settings as they are for a week and then report back in. It might be time to do continuous pressure at 12 to eliminate more OA, but I'm in no rush to get there. I feel good and my numbers are good.
