AHI Increasing, Obstr and Clear Airway Index up

AHI Increasing, Obstr and Clear Airway Index up
]I attached my sleepyhead image....  At one point about 2 months ago, with no changes, my AHI went from 2 to 4 and my Obstructive Index went from .91 to 2 and Clear Airway from .8 to 2 and my Hypopnea Index went down. from .78 to .3.   While not bad per se, I am interested to get thoughts on why this would occur.

Thanks!
Thanks

It would be best to pick a typical day from 3 months ago if you still have the data and post the daily view. See the link below on how to optimize the layout first. Also post a current daily screen shot to show where you are now. Then we could comment better.

Possible reasons are a change in equipment (ie mask type), gaining weight, or changing sleep positions. Also your throat can just become looser with age.

It seems you were using a lower minimum of 8 and a higher maximum of 10.5 30 days ago why did you change ? from that point forward both OSA & CA's went up ?

Not sure why the change. Perhaps just one of those things that goes bump in the middle of a CPAP night. If you want to get AHI back down I think you need to increase your minimum pressure by about 2 cm or turn the FLEX off.

Have you turned off the Clear Airway event flags in SleepyHead? They don't see to be showing, or perhaps I am going blind...

Thank you for the advice.    The lower AHI day, there was one Clear Airway event.    The 4.89 night had 14 events, attached.
