AHI and Cold Weather
Has anybody out there in huffen'puff land experienced an increase in AHI at the onset of cold weather?

RE: AHI and Cold Weather
Not from cold weather as such. But of course winter colds and flu can stuff things up.

RE: AHI and Cold Weather
MY AHI doesn't vary during the seasons, below 1 and most days below 0.5
Sinus congestion can stuff things up regardless of the season The heated tube and sinus rinse helps .... There is also similar US made product, few dollars cheaper (goes without saying) I prefer the one above, Aussie made and works better for me |
