AHI creeping up

I agree that it is a fool's errand and I do not chase zeros. I do think that it is fun to get one every now and then. Probably isn't as much fun if you get them all the time. I fully realize that it is not a meaningful indicator. Every now and then the constellations line up just right and the aliens quit playing their games and suddenly there is a big ol' goose egg.

Six days ago, AHI was 2.3
Five days ago, AHI was .3
Four days ago, it was .9
Three days ago, AHI was 1.9
Two days ago it was .7
Last night, it was 0.0. ( Third 0.0 since I started last October).

My numbers go up and down all the time. It would be nice to be consistent.

I don't chase 0.0, buts it is nice to see once in awhile.
If I could only figure out what I do different on those nights.

Your right though. If I only had 0.0, I wouldn't have a reason to pop my SD card in my computer and see what the heck is going on. That's always fun!

The few times I've had an AHI of 0.0, I start to think there is something wrong with my APAP.

Now I'm jealous. I think I've only had maybe two of the 0.0 since I started the cpap machine back in 2009. I also wish I knew what I did different. Lately mine AHI has been a little higher. Our weather has been so nice that we had the windows open and the AC turned off. Now that the "muggies and heat" are back, windows are shut and AC is on again. Wish somebody would figure this out for us...
