Oh WOW!  Last night was my first with the S9 and ... WOW.  I “risked” setting it at 5-10 and slept like a baby!  No air in mouth or stomach - and an AHI of .4!  Plus it really is so much more quiet (although I somewhat liked the rhythmic sound system of the Z1).

I do miss the ability to control the machine and the instant access to the data on my iPhone, which I have with the Z1, but the trade off is well worth it.
