If you're using the BiPAP try minimum PS at 2.5 or 3.0 and see if you notice any difference.

At the moment PS is 2.5 to 5.0. I'm on BiFlex x1. Should I post a SH chart? Last night was AHI 0.51 but RERA was 4.13. I felt it when I woke up this morning.

I might increase the PS to 3.00 and see what happens. It's all about finding that magic setting. I'm getting there.
