AIRCURVE 10 CHANGE THAT WORKED
I switched from the Airsense Auto 10 to the Aircurve 10 last November after many years with Auto machines. Thanks to the fine people on this forum the switch was recommended and worked fairly well but I still had times with a huge number of clustered CA and flow restrictions UNTIL I MADE ONE CHANGE 3 WEEKS AGO. All that I did was change the response from Medium to High. The effect was instant success that has continued without any problems. The clustered CA and flow limitations are gone. 5 nights of zero AHI, with only 2 in the last 20 years with Auto machines. Flow limitations virtually gone. I use a Quattro FFM and collar every night now. Finally I am starting to feel better during the daytime.

RE: AIRCURVE 10 CHANGE THAT WORKED
Thanks CROWMAN for sharing.
I did the same when I switched to the VAuto. I started to see a handful of CA's, so moved the Trigger setting from medium to high. Worked like a charm, and as you stated the change alone from AutoSet to BiLevel wiped out most FL's.

Amazing results from implementing such a simple change.
During the almost 35 years I've been compliant, I've wondered * why are the results of treatment so poor? * why isn't my sleep quality better? After all, I don't know what I don't know. Cautiously looking down a rabbit hole....after all the foundation of medical treatment is 4 hours use a night, and AHI<5.0!

RE: AIRCURVE 10 CHANGE THAT WORKED
I started suggesting this change shortly after getting my Aircurve 10 about 5 years ago. I too had some nuisance CA and thought it might be interesting to try some of the minor setting changes. Increasing trigger sensitivity was just the trick, and something that has become a common recommendation on the forum for minor CA with bilevel. I have not made any changes to my therapy settings for years now. Glad it worked for you too.
