APAP Titration Help Needed

APAP Titration Help Needed

Hi Everyone,

I have been using APAP (Resmed Air Sense 11). I will be attaching my OSCAR data below. I am still feeling tired, even though AHI is below <1. I noticed in my events that I have a lot of RERA events. I'm not able to consistently sleep 7-8 hours or more. I did have a ramp-off before, but I was always waking up in the middle of the night. I have put the ramp back on, and I am able to sleep for 4 hours + without any interruptions. Any help with titration will be helpful. I usually average 6 or less hours of sleep and i'm trying to improve upon it.

Note: I have a range of data available from pressure from 9–20, 11–20, and 12–20 (from 11–20 and 12–20 pressure, I was waking up a lot and decreased pressure to 8–18). If that data is needed, let me know from which pressure, and I can attach it to a reply. I also noticed flow limitations are above 0.10 and RERA events are high. Any help with titration will be helpful.

April 8th data (OA Events = 1, RERA Events = 7, Hypopnea = 1)

RE: APAP Titration Help Needed
You're likely needing an increase to min pressure to 9. I would turn Ramp off, you'll get minimal therapy on Ramp. At least match your minimum pressure in an auto timing or less than 20 minutes.
