RE: ASV Machine
OK sounds good and a sincere best wishes you get a mask that suites you. I hope this one works great. As it is the part that actually touches you every time you use CPAP, it's very important to get it "right". Especially as it impacts comfort and effectiveness of therapy.

RE: ASV Machine
Is that with the new mask you mentioned? AHI of 0.12...sounds like a win. But how did it feel? Mask was comfortable or not?

No, it was with the Simplus. It was more comfortable than its ever been, though. The new(er) mask should be here next week. Thanks!

Worse than last eve, but not terrible. The area around 2230 has that cluster of events that probably gave you the biggest issues overnight. Positional issue maybe? This is a good example, that is from last post to this one, why we take a view of a few days' trend instead of day by day.
Hope you're still able to enjoy the day, Larry.

I was asleep! Actually I feel pretty good today. No idea why.

AHI under 3.0 and feeling better...Glad to hear that Larry. Personally, I'd take that over a 0 AHI and feeling bad.
As for how to tell if it's a positional thing, I'm not that experienced in sign reading, but it seems that if you're sleeping and for a small period of time your Hypopnea events occur, I'd think position shifts may apply.
