RE: ASV Settings
Your post offers no insight as to whether you have experience with other PAP therapy, so with nothing else to work from, the recommendation is
Mode: ASV auto
EPAP Min: 4.0
EPAP Max: 15.0
PS min: 3.0
PS max: 15.0

RE: ASV Settings
All events are related to large leaks where the ASV has no control over your airway. You need a different size or model of mask. What mask are you using? Please read this tutorial on how to organize your Oscar charts, and include the information in the left column. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...ganization

RE: ASV Settings
Hello,

In the attachment file, there are two different brand of devices. I used both of em on the same mod and same pressure but the results were different. How is that possible?

RE: ASV Settings
It looks to me like there's 2 very different therapy devices, but it's somehow listed as a ResMed AutoSet with ASV Auto mode (??), the other a Philips Respironics ST.

Is AirBreak involved here? The ResMed goes from AutoSet to ASV to ST if I'm seeing this correct. The PR seems to be ST only...?!?

If the OP needs ASV, skip the Respironics ST, it's not compatible with the need.

RE: ASV Settings
I think you're right Dave. This is an Autoset CPAP with an Airbreak modification being used in ASV Auto mode, and it looks like he switched it to ST mode, but the settings were missing on the image where AHI was 9.12 and were at 12/8 when the events were 17.49. Either way, we need to see the data and charts and he needs to stick to ASV mode and fix the mask leaks.

RE: ASV Settings
Certainly, we'll have to wait till we see the OSCAR chart. I was wondering what I was seeing there.
