The Very-High setting helps to avoid CA events and makes IPAP trigger occur easier. This is the setting I think you need.

Okay will try it. It is a shame I cant see the data from last night, I have to say I am tired today. Not sure why the last 5 days I was sleeping so well but now not so much

It would have been nice to see your SPO2 (blood oxygen) levels during sleep with the OSCAR chart you posted the other night. Can you record your spo2 while you sleep and upload that as well?

Doesn't look too bad. 90 was the lowest I saw. Do you live at high altitude in Venezuala? How far (in feet) above sea level do you live? The higher a person lives, the thinner the air is (less oxygen percentage in the air).

I think my settings on the cpap are helping with the oxygen. In terms of how far from the sea, we are about 500m in altitude.
I think it could just be that I am moving and sleeping in different positions. I force myself to always sleep on my right side, but I end up waking up on my back or on my other side. Dont know if this can mess up my therapy
