"Master Members" group name changed to "Advisory Members"
Howdy folks,
No big deal, but we've decided to change the Master Members group name to Advisory Members.
The main reason for this is because we didn't want folks to think that a "Master Member" had necessarily "mastered" sleep apnea treatment or that they had some sort of "insider" medical training or knowledge. Most of the members in this group are indeed very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to others around here, but few of us have really "mastered" this world of sleep apnea treatment. When an Advisory Member makes a post on Apnea Board, keep in mind that none of us are giving official medical advice - for that you should go to a trained medical professional.
In essence, this group of great folks contribute much to the success of Apnea Board and currently serve as our de-facto "Committee of Advisors" who help shape Apnea Board rules and policies, while also coming up with new ideas and improvements to help keep Apnea Board on the "cutting edge" of sleep apnea "patient empowerment".

Please allow me to thank all of our Advisory Members for helping to make this website and forum a wonderful place on the web for us "hoseheads".
