It would be helpful if you would include the flow limitation (stroombep) chart as the flat inspiration peaks is what that measures. I would like you to change to autoset mode with minimum pressure 7.0, maximum pressure 9.0 and EPR full-time at 3. This will allow the machine to respond to obstruction to stop the obstructive apnea events and automatically increase pressure for flow limitation.

Flow limitation was included in that screenshot but at that moment it was zero. Still the breathening has flattened peaks...?

I will post a screenshot of the whole night (it shows a lot of leakage in the morning, because I took of the mouthtape too early)
