Advice on Settings from OSCAR Data
Hello all! Having some trouble lately with snoring thorughout the night randomly. I had my pressure set to 4-20 for the past two years without too many issues, then in the past few months, I have been struggling with random bouts of snoring. I decided to get OSCAR and get some advice on what I should have my pressure and such set to and see if I can improve something.
Thanks in advance for any help and let me know if I need any other screenshots.

RE: Advice on Settings from OSCAR Data
Welcome!
I see that you had a burst of snoring at the beginning of the night. I'd recommend turning off the ramp so you can get the pressure you need right from the start. You might also try bumping your minimum pressure up a bit to see whether that makes a difference. Your median seems to be at around 9, so if you used that as your minimum, you would probably feel pretty comfortable with it. I also wonder whether you generally side-sleep but roll onto your back from time to time. That can lead to snoring. And if you use a high pillow, or several pillows, you may be bending your airway just enough to make snores more likely. So you might experiment with using one fairly firm and low pillow.

RE: Advice on Settings from OSCAR Data
I would also move the EPR to 3. If you look at your pressure chart, it has a lot of peaks - that is from your flow limits and 3 will help help.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
