New User Trying To Set Up CPAP Settings
Hello, I am a new CPAP user and am trying to dial in my settings.  I use a Dreamstation and full face mask.  I attached my Oscar results but I am having a hard time understanding, even with the wiki.  I also am having a hard time interpreting the data into what settings to use.  Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

RE: New User Trying To Set Up CPAP Settings
Hello and Welcome to ApneaBoard!

You're using your Apap in default mode 4-20 which is not optimal for you.

I think we could make some adjustments to help your sleep better, and tackle some of those Hypopnea, RERA and Flow Limitation, which can disrupt sleep.

Being that Phillips machines tend to not react to events as fast as a ResMed machine,
let's try these adjustments:

Set Minimum pressure to 9cm.  (Your median pressure is over 9)
Set Maximum pressure to 14cm.  (It won't go that high unless it needs to)
Keep the AFlex setting at 2.

If you're able, try weaning yourself off the Ramp.  In the meantime, you can change it to be closer to your minimum pressure.  Try Ramp at 7 for 15-20 minutes.

Go with this a few days and give it a chance to work. Repost when your ready.

RE: New User Trying To Set Up CPAP Settings
You are on your way...

The sample data posted suggests that your four-hour sleep session (with a 30-minute ramp setting) is too small to draw accurate conclusions.
However, based on your posted results and your present 4-20 pressure range, you might want to try a 7 to 14 range and adjust or change your mask to reduce leaks, which skews data.

I suggest you attempt at least an eight-hour session and post those results.

I am sure that other forum members will add their suggestions soon.

Best of luck and welcome to the fold.

RE: New User Trying To Set Up CPAP Settings
Thank you all so much for the insights! I went ahead and adjusted my settings, and may play around with different masks. I still am struggling to get over 4 hours but it's only been 2 nights. I will continue to try while getting data, and tackle the question again. Would it be better to post a new post for help once I get more data or should I just post in this same thread?
