You have a very similar leak pattern to me. You are well below the leak "red line" of 24 l/min, so mostly likely your lips are parting ever so slightly, and only partially, rather than your jaw dropping and your mouth opening fully. My experience is that a chin strap will not stop this. I've learnt to live with it and it rarely wakes me - ear plugs help (try the natural wax ones).
