I've only had my Airsense 11for two months, and this is the first outage of data reporting I have experienced on My Air. Is this a common occurence with My Air?

FYI
Same probleme here, the last time my data was transmitted to MyAir app was on July 27. I tried to unplug my Airsense 11 two or 3 times, each time for a few minutes, but without any luck. No airplane mode and the wifi is connected. Note that my SD card is working properly, so I don’t mind.

MyAir has a notification this morning at the top of the screen, to expect data updates to be delayed.

For me this is the third time this year this has happened to a similar extent.

I actually thought your clinician used Airview and could see the data and could update Medicare on your usage. Maybe she/he can only see it if you bring in the card?

I am brand new to this forum and having been just diagnosed, still feeling my way forward. My air sense 11 stopped transmitting data on June 30/23. I recently travelled for 2 days where my machine was unplugged for hours at a time. It is still not transmitting. Interesting note, at least in my case. I am also using Oscar, since my machine stopped transmitting data it has also failed in copying the data to my s/d card and uploading it into Oscar. When I try to upload the data the screen displays cataloguing e.d.f. files. It's almost like it is not writing the data to the card. So this has been going on for 10 days now. Is this an ongoing issue with Resmed equipment?
