Devilbiss Intellipap 2 SD card not acknowledged by PC
Hi I've just taken delivery of a new Intellipap 2 APAP, when I plug the SD card into the reader it doesn't get acknowledged by the Win 10 PC.
The machine has a fault code straight out of the box (fault code E81 Pulse Dose) but it doesn't appear to affect its operation at all.
I just wanted to see my data on sleepyhead and it can't see the card.

I use de devilbiss blue but sleepyhead and devilbiss does nnot work. Sd card should be locked before you use it on the pc, otherwise the card will be filled to 100% and the card is useless. I wonder if sleepyhead and devilbiss blue are compatible.

BTW, I had the same error code. It is due to a design defect with the valve in the humidifier. If your unit is still under warranty, call Devilbiss and they will replace the humidifier.
