Aside from the relatively short therapy time, results look excellent. I don't see a cause in the data.

Ok. I'm going to switch back to the vauto on Sunday and compare the data with the same settings.

I also have my AHI under control but my daytime symptoms have not resolved. Reznick described a similar situation and said it resolved when he switched to a machine that did not do clear airway detection. He suggested that FOT actually caused arousals and made things worse. I wonder if this is worth trying for you if the Aircurve doesn't help, there are instructions on how to turn FOT off in that thread
