Ok I got the insurance information and they require 3 months of rental before purchase plus about another $465 towards my deductable. Then they will pay on an 80/20 split. So it looks like a straight online purchase is out of the running due to the rental requirement.

Consider going to Supplier #10 and look at the blog for a cost comparison.
In my case they would pay 85%.
85% 0f what asks I?
never did get an answer.

You might also want to search your equipment+reviews?

I just got a machine in Apr. What I found helpful was doing a search of the forum for the word 'prescription'. There's a lot of good advice here on how to have the prescription written to get the type of machine that you want.

It requires your Doctor (either sleep Dr or Primary Care Physician) to be willing to write the prescription the way you would like, but if the sleep Dr won't you might try your regular physician.
