Any Suggestion for better feelings?

Any Suggestion for better feelings?
Hello, please help me get out of this problem. 3 months ago, I bought a new Resmed p10 mask because I blamed the mask I was using before for my foggy head problem in the morning. I have been sleeping with the same mask for 3 months. My AHI value is as good as before, but I cannot feel it physically. My head is foggy again in the morning, and I get sleepy while watching TV again. Am I making a mistake somewhere? Could you please review my readings from last night? Maybe a reason comes to your mind. By the way, my flow limit value is often below my last night's value. (95% is below 0.05) My other values are very similar to other nights on average.

I am 45 years old with 80kg. (176.5 lb) weight and 170cm height. (5.7 ft)

If my wife said to me when I woke up in the morning: "You forgot to put on your mask last night," I would say it's true. I don't feel the difference physically that much.

PS: I slept about 4.5 hours last night. But I generally sleep about 7 hours.

Thank you very much.

I don't see anything major on your graph that would cause the foggy headedness you feel.  Have you, or do you track your oxygen levels while sleeping?  Possibly you could talk to your doctor about it and be sure your oxygen levels are normal.  You could also purchase an overnight recording oxygen meter to determine if there is an issue there.

How does your mask fit?  It looks like there is a lot of movement on the leak graph.
Also, look at the flow limitation and snore graphs, as they line up with the timing of leaks.  None of those numbers are really high, but could just be enough to disturb sleep.

Have you tried a bit higher pressure, or have you stayed with 7cm?  When I see snores, this may indicate your pressure isn't sufficient.  Try raising it to 8cm.  Also, if the S9 has EPR, set it to 2.  This may help with comfort, and help you sleep longer.

RE: Any Suggestion for better feelings?
Thank you OpalRose for reply. I have a night with 8 pressure and 2 EPR. I like trying Smile I attached to the message.

I also think about my oxygen level. I have a smartwatch, it says some night spo2 level under 90 for 3-5 minutes but I don't believe watches' measurement very much. I should try with a medical device.

Is my tidal volume and also minute ventilation low for me? Their median are 300-320 and 5.5-6.

Your exp time should be two times the insp. Currently, it is not correct.
I had a similar issue. I could fine-tune it with my currently upgaded device by changing the Cycle and Trigger parameters ad the PS.

Sorry but I really didn't understand what you mean.

I believe the inspiration/expiration ratio should be 1:2, so maybe this can be corrected by raising EPR. Set EPR at 3, this will also help you breathe out easier.

I do think your tidal volume at 280-300 may be considered a bit low, but I'm not schooled in that, so will leave that to others who might know.

It is harder to optimize therapy with a straight pressure Cpap than if you were using an AutoCpap.  Although your therapy numbers look good, this is just more for comfort and see if the tidal volume will stay up a bit.

Set pressure at 9cm.
Set EPR at 3
This will give keep EPAP of 6.

Nothing is written in stone, if you feel uncomfortable or see more Apneas, we can adjust.
