Any suppliers that sell F40 fit packs?

I have looked at some of the big online sellers with 'cpap' in the name and none of them sell F40 fit packs.  I imagine it makes sense since there are a lot of combinations if you include headgear.

Anyone know of an online supplier that sell fit packs of e.g. just the pillow options?

Tried printing the Resmed's print template, but apart from the impracticality of their scaling request I find that I'm borderline too wide for medium but also borderline SW or L.  So would like to try them out in person.

I doubt you'll find a fit pack included with newer ResMed masks. With a new mask like the F40, it does make it a challenge to find the right fit.
