Anyone ever have a "feather" tickle in one ear using CPAP?
I would describe the sensation I feel in my left ear as a "feather" tickle or like air lightly blowing in the ear. I feel it soon after doning the mask and under pressure (14-20 min, start pressure = 12, EPR=3). The sensation lasts for some time and I am not sure when it ceases as often I fall asleep. Touching the inner ear with finger halts the senation as long as I keep the finger there Laugh-a-lot. If I wake in the night (3-4 AM), the sensation is no longer present and does not restart. There is no air from the mask vents blowing on the ear. I have placed a paper to temporarily block any potential mast vent air.

The senataion began about a month ago … not getting any worse.

Anyone, on the forum have any experience or thoughts on this?
It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. --Confucius

I believe you have a hole in your ear drum. The doc can check this by watching it while you try to blow air with your mouth and nose closed. Have you ever had tubes inserted?
