[Diagnosis] Dreamstation will not restart

Machine: Philips Respironics Dreamstation
Dreamstation will not restart
My Philips Respironics Dreamstation will not completely restart, it gets as far as the message service required 022418-07612. We were having electrical work done and the breaker was turned off and on a few times, probably causing this. I have unplugged it and removed the modem than tried to restart. Anyone have any ideas.

If you haven't make sure it is unplugged for at least 5 minutes. Then try again. And yes that is much longer than it should take to reset, just to make sure you didn't do it to fast

Did you have your unit plugged into a surge protector or the wall outlet?

It is plugged into a surge protector, there is power. to machine.

If the device is under warranty, you might want to try for a replacement.
