I've gotten the "no new data" message before and my problem was the path to the USB drive had changed and since I told it to red from the usual place there wasn't anything there. once I browsed and pointed to the correct drive letter the data was there.

Well, I got the no new data when I didn't have data yet. But now I just get "not responding" and then Sleepyhead quits working.
