Please don't keep creating new threads. There's responses and other info this thread does not have.
Your oxygen is dropping sometimes but the amount of time is 2 minutes 44 seconds under 90%. I don't really think there's much ability for a CPAP to shape your oxygen levels, it's not going to boost them much.

RE: Can Someone Help Me
Are you still running default 4-20 on the CPAP? Corrected, your left panel is outdated.
Your oxygen doesn't really need attention unless it drops for over 5 minutes below 89%.

RE: Can Someone Help Me
Have you used EPR of any level yet? You may want to, this opens up the neat trick of making your CPAP act like a more expensive bilevel.
You might need to edit pressures, but to keep it simple, turn EPR on to 1 full time. Trial that a bit, and switch between levels 1, 2, and 3 to see what feels best, and gives best therapy.

No not on EPR but will try that tonight and report back. Oh and thank you for easing my anxiety about the o2 drop. My health anxiety is on super overdrive the last couple of months.

RE: Don't Know If CPAP Therapy Is Working
Apex, the benzo withdrawal would almost certainly affect what's going on with adapting to CPAP. I'll just speak to the benzo withdrawal -it's extremely important to contact the doc who prescribed the benzo and get a benzo discontinuation schedule and stick to it completely. This will help immensely.

RE: Don't Know If CPAP Therapy Is Working
I noticed two things:
1. You have some O2 drops but your cpap shows you're breathing perfectly... 2. Benzo withdrawal is only related with frequent awakenings, it doesn't seem worsen anyone's breathing and O2 saturation, just the opposite, you could be already breathing more/faster and with less obstructive sleep apneas because you're less relaxed |
