Looking for feedback on first few nights data

Looking for feedback on first few nights data
Hi all! I was diagnosed this past week with an AHI of 21 and RDI of 27. My sleep doctor believes there's upper airway resistance involved (I had my deviated septum fixed but still struggle with nasal swelling / narrow airways). I also just started Singulair to hopefully bring some of the airway inflammation down.

My first night I didn't sleep great as I got used to wearing the mask but the last couple of nights I've slept well and have slightly fine tuned the settings along the way. I also have been using mouth tape. I've woken up a couple times (usually around 4AM) with a gush of air out of my mouth around the tape... I'm assuming my nose became too blocked up?

I'm very new to the data and would love some feedback to continue dialing it in. I've attached a screenshot of my OSCAR data from last night and the settings I've used so far.

In case it's helpful:
30F, 5'5", 114 lbs

Thank you very much in advance for any insight you can provide!

RE: Looking for feedback on first few nights data
Overall you're doing a good job although I'm not convinced the p30i is the best choice in mask for you given your nasal airway issues. Have you considered trying a full face mask? I'm presuming those large leaks are probably during positional changes so you may want to snug up the mask as well.

It looks like you may benefit from a bump in minimum pressure to 11cm H20 and it would be helpful to see a zoom in about 1hr 30min into sleep so 23:50 so I can see what your breathing during REM looks like. Zoom in enough so I you can clearly see each individual breath.

Thank you! I wasn't recommended a full face mask but I'm not sure why. I'll look into bumping up the minimum pressure. I zoomed in as you requested but I'm not sure if you wanted to see a specific one in depth. Let me know if this is what you were asking for!

I also zoomed in around the time that I woke up and felt that I wasn't breathing very well (just before 4AM).

Your results are good IMO, stay the course. If you like your mask stay with it, we all get leaks from masks. I use the Resmed p10 airfit pillow mask sense 2014 and I do not think there is better mask IMO for my needs. It is tempting to try other masks but it's comfort and performance that matters consistently.
Your below 1 AHI and that is great!

If you wouldn't mind zooming in on the flow rate graph that'd be great!

Thanks for the feedback! I've struggled more the last couple of nights and keep waking up sometime around 4-5AM because it feels like I can't breathe in. My problem is the airways in my nose swell up (at least that's what it feels like) and for whatever reason, that issue peaks around 4-5AM and wakes me up. Based on the flow limits, it does seem to be an issue throughout the night though, or am I reading that wrong? Below is my data from last night, and zoomed in where there was an OA.

RE: Looking for feedback on first few nights data
Looking at your first chart it sure implies the large leak at the first part of your sleep session triggered a lot of CA apneas. From my limited research lately it has something to do higher pressures washing out the Co2 in the lungs that triggers the brain to stop breathing creating  CA episodes at the first of your sleep.
It seems that some folks are more sensitive to pressures and the Co2 low parts per million is like a alarm to the brain that  is not use to when Co2 levels become to low(I'm not a scientist but I learned something from EERS cpap mask adaptions projects re-exhaul of co2 ).
EERS refers to enhanced expiratory rebreathing space.
