Dusting off the old CPAP

Dusting off the old CPAP
Good morning all.  New here!

I was prescribed a CPAP many years ago after sleep issues.  I used it a bit but somehow ended up setting it aside and never committing much to it.

I've recently gone back to feeling tired, snoring, waking myself up gasping for air, etc.  I have therefore decided to give my CPAP another try.

I have used my old configuration, but would like to get your opinions on things I can try and change.

I am still trying to get used to keeping my mouth closed so any major leaks are likely my mouth being open for a period of time.  I also woke up with chest pain the last few days (muscular).

A screenshot of a typical night is attached.

RE: Dusting off the old CPAP
Events are all CA and H, so let's back off minimum pressure a bit and see if we can tame that and help your leaks. Let's see how things look with minimum pressure 8.0, maximum pressure 11.0 and we'll keep EPR at 3 for the time-being. Give it a try and we can see where it needs to go. I'll be looking for some qualitative feedback whether the lower pressure is more comfortable.
