I bought my machine from Supplier 2.
It was flawless and I would suggest that one of their "gently used" machines that have been properly serviced etc is better than a local discard of unknown provenance.

I understand the pressure of $$ which is why I went that way - (less than half of what a shop wanted from me in Australia).
If you are in the US then you have recourse with them to all sorts of consumer protection, if it is needed, but from the posts I see about them and my experience you will not need to go there if you do have an issue.

Get a good machine - it is worth it and will make the therapy so much easier
