RE: PR Dreamstation BiPAP Auto
Looking at these results, your EPAP has mostly ranged from 10 to 11 cm, and PS has effectively ranged from 4 to 5 cm. You never touched the maximum IPAP pressure of 20. These pressure ranges, combined with exceptionally good result of less than 1 AHI, point a path to very effective therapy in a relatively narrow, comfortable pressure range.
For now I would keep your current settings of EPAP min 10, EPAP max 14, but would dial back pressure support to a range of 4 to 6 max and to reduce maximum IPAP pressure to 20. This won't effectively change anything, but does confine the settings to what is working.

Thank you! I was going to do the same as you suggested with the exception of the IPAP because it doesn't really matter right? It willl never be able to hit that if the max PS is 6 and my starting pressure is 10-14. But I guess it doesn't hurt to dial things into the range that is working. I'm not sure how things will change if at all when my full face mask arrives. Hoping for a more comfortable sleep and some better deep sleep hours.

You are correct, the IPAP max would be 20 even without changing that setting. The idea here is to narrow down the operating range, but not restrain it.
