Broke my mask part FlexiFit HC431

My gray part shown in this attachment broke on one of the two thin plastic cross overs that run under that panel near the clasp. Scotch tape isn't gonna do it. I can't figure out how to open that section of the mask to epoxy it and put it back in nor can I find a new part.

I have two questions,
1. How do I open that place that houses that gray part?
2. Where can I get a replacement?

It's a FlexiFit HC431 full face.

I do have a spare mask that hurts the bridge of my nose. It's a ComfortGel Blue Full Face CPAP Mask. I have a little gel pad for it but I can't seem to get that to work with it. I guess I'll have to dig it out and use it in the meantime.

Supplier #3 has that part for sale so it must be serviceable. No clue how to get to it though. They call it a "Glider strap".
