RE: Burd - Bi-Level Therapy Thread
Here is one night of my OSCAR data. My apologies for not including it before, I was having technical issues.

Good job on the screenshot!

Seeing you have a proliferation of CAs, I would set your Trigger option to "High".  This should help in reducing the CAs.

Also, in order to spread out your actual data and not include the 1-minute session at 2:15PM, we need to set OSCAR so you can turn off unwanted sessions.  Go to "Preferences", which will be in the "File" menu or, for a Mac, the "OSCAR" menu.   Once in your Preferences, go to the 3rd tab, labeled Clinical.  Select the "Permissive Mode" and select the OK button to save and exit.  Now you will be able to deselect any unwanted session(s), like that 1-minute one in your screenshot. To turn off a session, while in the Daily screen, look at the lower left section for the "Session Information". To the left of each session is a box with a checkmark in it. These are the active sessions. Each click of the checkmark will toggle it on or off. To deselect a session, click on the checkmark to remove the checkmark.

Good luck!

Here’s my best night so far. Only had one session this night so that should help. I’ll get the settings fixed on the other one later.

How are you feeling?  Again, I would set the "Trigger" to "High" and would try reducing your PS to 3.  This may also aid in reducing your CAs.  If you're able to tolerate it, turn the ramp off.  It is just delaying your therapy pressure range.
