An interesting-ish video about mouth taping
I know a lot of folks here tape their lips/mouth due to lip leaking while using nasal pillows/masks. I don't. Mostly because I don't often lip leak and I don't snore with my mouth open. Before CPAP, I only opened my mouth to take that big breath at the end of an event. (I also don't use tape because I am allergic to adhesives)
Anyway, here's the video link. They talk about mouth taping with CPAP use only briefly and only for those with mild OSA.
