DeVilbiss Intellipap Standard DV51D

Dear folks,


I apologize in advance if I posted this in a wrong forum.
I am looking for some advice. I have been using a DeVilbiss Intellipap Std as my first CPAP. After that I had a Dreamstation Auto CPAP. Both machines were great & I have discontinued with the Intellipap for a good number of years. Lately I travelled abroad so I brought the Intellipap along. I was trying to access some data on my usage by following Devilbiss instructions as follows:-


IntelliPAP Standard

1. Make sure IntelliPAP is plugged in

2. Push the left-arrow twice

3. Read Adherence Score

(If Adherence Score is above 70% proceed

with next steps, otherwise coach the patient

and schedule a follow-up call)

4. Push the right-arrow once
5. Read the SmartCode

However I did not get response after pressing the left-arrow twice. 
Is there something that my sleep technician could have done to locked the access...

Not at all familiar with your machine, but you can order a Clinicians Manual and that may shed some light on how to access the settings.

Go to Section Three to find your machine. Also, Section One has some instruction that may apply to your particular model.
