Help tweaking CPAP settings
Hi all, I'm new here but I'm hoping y'all could help me tweak my settings a bit. I still feel tired when I wake and I'm wondering if theres some machine optimizations that you all can help me with.

I'm attaching a pic of my OSCAR data if anyone is able to help me out, it would be greatly appreciated! I do feel bloated on waking up and I'm not entirely sure what to try with my settings

My current settings are min: 10, max: 18

thanks for any help!

While you wait for the gurus, they will need to see a screenshot from the "Daily" tab to make any suggestions.

Welcome and best wishes on your journey.
