my MinPS is actually set to 0 on the machine...should it be upped to at least 4 is what you meant? Sorry I missed that I assume they are CA events but where can I look that up?

No, I misunderstood your settings and thought you had PS fixed at 8. I find some pressure support more comfortable, and it's fine to experiment with the minimum PS to see what works best for you. When I accidentally set my PS min to 0.0, it hardly moved in the auto mode. I need about 4.0 to reduce flow limitations and RERA.
You seem comfortable on the new settings, and without seeing some more detailed data on your events, I wouldn't make a change.
