Good to see you still on the forum. If you go with a Resmed a DC-DC converter will step up the 12 to 24 Volts DC without any loss of efficiency.

I will be looking in to the Resmed units if I do need one.

It is a Resmed clinic I've been referred to, but so far they can't even be bothered responding to my doctor's referral or my phone call to arrange an appointment - I'm going to go to the clinic and kick their front door in and make an appointment in person.
