Prescription settings

RE: Prescription settings
Thank you. I really appreciate this.

I just wonder how my health would have progressed, and what my health might now be, had I:
-   7+ years (and numerous overnight $40+ sleep clinic studies) ago, been prescribed a machine that supposedly was responding to the symptoms I'd exhibited, and
- The hours and hours I'd spent compiling and studying the information coming from that machine (using software SleepyHead? SleepyTime?) and
- the numerous times I brought my information-card and machine in, to the hospital, to have the specialists check the data...

RE: Prescription settings
Called and Confirmed:
a) All personal information (my phone number had changed in the last 8+ years) was correct and up to date;
b) Machine specific info (serial number and confirmation code)
c) Prescription information.

I was instructed to email this information to recallprescription@Philips.Com,
and told they would confirm the info, email me back, and send me the machine.

Result:

Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
