Not sure what to make of my OSCAR data

Not sure what to make of my OSCAR data
Looking for some help understanding what is going on here and identify some things to try. I definitely have an issue of waking up every 1:30 - 2 hours sometimes without any apnea to blame. Half the time it does seem to be due to apneas, so that would be a good place to start.  To me, it seems that the machine ramping up doesn't really help. If these are really obstructive apneas, do I need to keep increasing base pressure? I'm not against trying that but most of the time I don't even need the 10 i'm at now. Thanks for taking a look.

Typically when they're clustered like that they're due to positional apnea, but admittedly they look a little strange to me. What I mean by positional is that you're likely moving your head / neck into a specific position which is bringing on obstruction and so may not necessitate settings changes. Do you have more nights of data you can share?

It also looks like you are removing your gear or stopping the machine.  Is that correct?  I'm just trying to ensure I'm reading the data correctly.

Just FYI, I used a variable pressure setup for about 2 months and still had issues that didn't resolve until I finally just got a titration done that determined the pressure setting that corrected my issues (it is 12 for me).  I then switched to a constant pressure rather than variable and my issues all but disappeared.  I have also used an O2 ring and the somnopose app on my cell phone to record body position data and oxygen levels and that gave me good insight that sleeping on my right side drastically drops my ox levels for some reason.  Left side not as bad, but on my back is best.  That's odd because normally it's the other way around... back is bad... side is good.  To use the somnopose app, I had to make a little pouch on an old tshirt to hold my phone on my chest, but it really helped me figure out what makes my symptoms worse.

I don't know if any of this helps.  If not, disregard it.
Take care.

RE: Not sure what to make of my OSCAR data
I do tend to shift positions a lot during the night.  Both sides, stomach, rarely back. Understanding the relationship of my sleeping position does sound valuable. And, yes - I have a bad habit of taking the mask off when I wake so that's what that is. You can see the machine ramping back up (5 min) when I eventually put it back on. I've tried constant pressure before and disliked it so I switched to BIPAP.  Although I think my current settings would be possible to mirror on a CPAP with EPR 3 at this point. It was much worse for me with larger pressure differentials so maybe I could try 2 next. Here is another nights data. My sessions definitely seem more chaotic than most although I'm less than 1 month in.
