looking for improvment

looking for improvment

I have been on APAP for 50 days. Resmed Airsense 11.   Everything thing seems to be going well, and it took about a week for me to fully adjust to my mask (P30i). I was wondering if anyone could look at my Oscar data and recommend adjustments for further improvements.
Thanks in advance.

Hi SpinGently! - Welcome

With numbers as low as yours, comfort is more of a consideration. How are you feeling?

Honestly, I feel great. After the initial adjustment to the mask, I have been sleeping better than I can remember. I never knew how poorly I was sleeping. My wife has always complained about my snoring.  I was just curious if there was anything I could be doing better.

Looks like you're doing great so congratulations! It does look like you're experiencing mouth drop or the pressure is blowing your mouth open during the night given the leak data behavior. You might consider taping your mouth with some medical fabric tape you can find anywhere to prevent this but 0.54 AHI is hard to beat!
