Changed to P10 Recently - Help With Settings
I recently went from using a Mirage FX to a Resmed P10 about a week ago. The transition was a lot smoother than when I first started therapy a year ago.
Over time I have changed my pressure with the previous mask, often setting it to around 8 - 11 or around there. My biggest issue was aerophagia. It's still something I am dealing with.
I used the previous settings as a starting point. I ended up settling for around 6 - 8 pressure.
I decided today to use OSCAR to get my results, in order to get the most of my settings. Thought I would post it here to see if there is anything I could change.
*One additional note is that I have changed my settings to "Full face" despite using Nasal Pillows. I saw it online as a recommendation. My results show an improvement since the change a few days ago, but I can also chalk that up to just getting used to the different mask. So, hard to say if it's better or not.
I attached screenshots of 3 of the last 5 days. I started therapy with the P10 on the 15th Jan, but decided to exclude those results as I thought them to be a little skewed.
Would appreciate any input!
